Directions

Our offices are located in three historic buildings with the main entrance at 16 North Fifth Avenue* in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Situated within sight of the Bellamy Mansion and the Kenan Fountain, we are one half block north of the intersection of Market Street and Fifth Avenue.

Our client parking lot is located behind the buildings and is accessible from Princess Street or from an alley off Fifth Avenue that is between the low rock wall and the cherry blossom colored building (affectionately called the 'Pink House') where the majority of our real estate practice is located. *Fifth Avenue is the only north-south thoroughfare in Historic Wilmington's central grid that is an Avenue rather than a street.  It was renamed Fifth Avenue by City Council in January 1915, although most mapping websites continue to label it as Fifth Street.
