Received his B.A. magna cum laude from Liberty University in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1998, where he was Articles Editor of the Virginia Tax Review. Prior to joining our firm in January 2006, Mr. Allebach worked at the firms of Shearman & Sterling LLP and McCarter & English, LLP.
Mr. Allebach is a member of the North Carolina and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and New York. His primary practice areas include business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning
