Received his B.A. with distinction from Cornell University in 1982 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1985. He is a member of the New Hanover County, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Latshaw primarily practices in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate law and estate planning.
