Received his B.S. in 1986 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Diab also received his law degree with high honors in 1990 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Articles Editor of the University of North Carolina Law Review. Mr. Diab is a member of the North Carolina, and American Bar Associations, as well as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His primary practice areas include estate planning and administration, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and corporate law.
