A Wilmington native, received his B.A. cum laude in 1996 from Wake Forest University, where he was a Wake Forest Honor Scholar. He received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 1999, where he was awarded the James A. Webster, Jr. Faculty Award and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. He is a member of the New Hanover County, North Carolina (Member, Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section) and American Bar Associations. Mr. Leonard practices primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, taxation, estate planning and estate administration and elder law.
